Two Vessel Brewhouses
ABS Commercial is a full-service brewery and parts outfitter. From our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina to our secondary sales office in Denver, Colorado, we are proud to offer brew houses, tanks and small parts to brewers across the country. Brew houses and fermenters from 3 BBL, ancillary components including steam boilers and chillers, stainless Tri-Clamp parts, yeast brinks and Sanke kegs. We have some of the quickest lead times in the industry along with a huge inventory of tanks between 3-90 BBL in stock. Most of our brewhouse equipment can be certified to ASME, CU & UL standards, where applicable.
3 BBL Two Vessel Brewhouse
Our true pilot system and smallest available nanobrew system. The brewhouse is designed to use you existing steam and HLT. It is a single pump system with VFD speed control.
5 BBL Two Vessel Brewhouse
5 BBL Steam Fired Brewhouse. Standard 2 Vessel configuration with HLT and Heat ex-changer and 10 BBL Hot Liquor Tank. All piping(except piping for HLT to mash-tun), Mash/Lauter tun, Kettle/Whirlpool, Work platform with stairs and railing, 5 sanitary pumps, brewhouse plumbing, valves, sight-glass, heat exchanger, rakes, all vessels on steam systems jacketed, Motor, Gear box, Control Panel equipped with 5 VFD's, Thermocouples, PID controllers, Relays, Transformers, Grist Hydrator. Recommended steam generator size 6-9 HP. All pumps and rakes variable speed for superior fluid control.
7 BBL Two Vessel Brewhouse
7 BBL Steam Fired Brewhouse. Standard 2 Vessel configuration with HLT and Heat ex-changer and 10 BBL Hot Liquor Tank.
