ABS Commercial Brewhouse Options
ABS Commercial is a full-service brewery and parts outfitter. From our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina to our secondary sales office in Denver, Colorado, we are proud to offer brew houses, tanks and small parts to brewers across the country. Brew houses and fermenters from 3 BBL, ancillary components including steam boilers and chillers, stainless Tri-Clamp parts, yeast brinks and Sanke kegs. We have some of the quickest lead times in the industry along with a huge inventory of tanks between 3-90 BBL in stock. Most of our brewhouse equipment can be certified to ASME, CU & UL standards, where applicable.
Two Vessel Brewhouses
Standard 2 Vessel configuration with HLT and Heat ex-change. All piping(except piping for HLT to mash-tun), Mash/Lauter tun, Kettle/Whirlpool, Work platform with stairs and railing, 3 sanitary pumps, brewhouse plumbing, valves, sight-glass, heat exchanger, rakes, all vessels on steam systems jacketed, Motor, Gear box, Control Panel equipped with 4-5 VFD's, Thermocouples, PID controllers, Relays, Transformers, Grist Hydrator. Recommended steam generator size 15-20 HP. All pumps and rakes variable speed for superior fluid control.
Direct Fired Brewhouses
2 Vessel Direct Fired Brewhouse and Direct Fired Hot Liqour Tank. Standard 2 Vessel configuration with HLT and Heat Exchanger. All piping(except piping for HLT to mash-tun), Mash/Lauter tun, Kettle/Whirlpool, Work platform with stairs and railing, 3 sanitary pumps, brewhouse plumbing, valves, sight-glass, heat exchanger, rakes, all vessels on direct fired system insulated, Motor, Gear box, Control Panel equipped with 4-5 VFD's, Thermocouples, PID controllers, Relays, Transformers, Grist Hydrator. All pumps and rakes variable speed for superior fluid control. The Mash/Lauter tun is not heated as this is not possible with a direct heat system.
